Visited the Wednesday night open gym session and was greeted into an inclusive environment where staff taught me some tricks! Great for young and older adults to bring out their inner child for the evening!

I'm initially very impressed. We put both our son and daughter in the rec program, and they both really like it. The instructors are really nice and good with both kids, spreading attention out to the whole class.

My daughter absolutely loves it here! Great viewing area upstairs for the parents to watch all the action, very friendly staff, lots of parking and always kept very clean. Highly recommend!

I'm definitely not a fan of this location. My daughter is new and has only done a couple sessions.When on the bars instead if helping her like the other location does they just make them get down and go to the next child in line.Also they don't do alot of the stuff the other location does.This location I found a waste of money. It should literally be half price of the other location. Definitely sticking to the mainway location.

Great place to take your kids, coaches are awesome and very good with the kids. Definitely recommend giving them a try on one of their open house days and sign your kids up for some fun !

This is the best place to take your kid if they want to learn gymnastics from toddlers up to eleate gymnasts this is run as a club by the parents the coaches and training staf are there for the love of the sport now that my daughter has been there 2 years I was thinking of finding a place close to home but just can't leave the best gym in the province it do'sent matter to me that I have to travel to get her there now I know why I want her there it's safe they care and they want her to better herself and the friendship with her team is exelant they are like little adults it builds good traits into there caractors
