Used Ricco decor for my sister's sweet 16th birthday party. They were amazing to work with. Their team of professionals worked with the birthday girl to give her the design of her dreams. Nothing but good things to say about Rico. Definitely a service I would pay for again.

They are so professional, I highly suggest them to anyone who wants to design any event. Very reasonable prices compared to others, and no hidden fees!Ricco Decor is the best.

Ricco Decor was an amazing vendor to work with during our wedding. We communicated with Harman and Mai throughout the process and they were both so responsive and attentive. They brought our vision to life for every event and went above and beyond to make our wedding look amazing. We changed our minds with our design at least 2-3 times and they were so kind and understanding and always accommodated our changes with ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a well priced, attentive and talented decor company! Harman and his team at Ricco decor did such a great job with all our wedding decor. We were happy with the timeliness of their work, and the final outcomes. They were able to give us good ideas during the consultations and were extremely responsive throughout the process. We had our wedding originally scheduled in 2020 and postponed a few times due to the pandemic. We were lucky as the team understood the pandemic situation and accommodated us with no questions asked and no increase in pricing. Definitely a super fair and understanding group of people. My husband and I are very thankful for the smooth delivery of the decor and excellent customer service for our wedding events!

Harman and Gagan were an absolute delight to work with. They listened to my sister's and her husband's vision and made it come to life. The decor looked phenomenal at their wedding reception and her jago. The amazing and personal experience made us love working with them even more. They were professional, answered all of our questions, our many calls and were always patient with us and stayed within our budget. We will be definitely hiring them again!

If I could give Ricco Decor a score lower than 1 star I would. Harman was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. Given the prices they charge you would expect them to function with some level of professionalism and understand the core concepts of customer service but alas that was not the case.While I understand that vendors are inundated with couples looking for decorators for weddings due to the pandemic, it was apparent that all Harman cared about was his bottom line. While explaining to Harman my vision for my wedding (arguably one of the most important days of my life) he would continuously interrupt to increase his prices. While I understand paying vendors for their fees are important and budget is a big determiner to finding the right vendor, Harman continuously talked over me, used condescending language and then resorted to swearing at me. Harman continuously talked over me and was incredibly adamant that I sign a contract in order to further the conversation about decor. Given his quite frankly shady demeanor, I have no doubt that this contract would be used to legally ensnare me in a contract while providing the bare minimum in decor design and customer service.Quite frankly, given how basic their decor is, it is not worth being humiliated and talked down to.Overall this was a very disheartening experience and I would not recommend them to anyone I cared about.

We hired Ricco Decor for all our wedding event decor, for both the brides side and the grooms side. The team worked with us to build a package that stayed within our budget while delivering exactly our vision for all of our events. We received so many compliments from all of ours guests. I can not recommend them enough, and would not hesitate to have the team do decor for any of our future events!
