I go here monthly for bloodwork and it is usually a pleasure, as the staff are calm, patient, and friendly. Today, the staff member/nurse named Chris really made my day with how kind and communicative she was. I am not a fan of needles despite receiving them often, and she took notice of my discomfort and was caring enough to talk it out with me and share her own distaste for them. It's not often you get a nice conversation from medical staff - especially in stressful times such as these - but it made my day. Thank you, Chris!
