Very nice store. We lost a phone. The staff was incredibly helpful in killing the old one and transferring service to a spare we had. I am so glad to have had a helpful human to help us resolve our problems.

All employees in the Lloydmall Telus store have always given me great service over the years. I would especially like to thank Tyler who set me up with my 1st cell phone & always answered my questions. This spring in particular he switched us to Telus TV & got us the best possible prices & also changed our cell phones to Koodo for better pricing , & just today updated our TV by adding another package for us. Thank you.

I went into Telus this past weekend as my iphone was having issues turning on. Instead of offering any technical support or advise the representative simply told me I needed a new phone and offered me one for $285.00. My phone is just over a year old and has applecare, I found this unprofessional and unfair. Obviously I went home and called Apple and resolved the problem myself.. I found the staff at Telus to be uneducated and unprofessional I will not be going back to that store.

Had great experience with the lady that helped me. Her name was Carolann, highly recommended seeing her for your service needs. In the past I have visited different telus stores and never received the customer service like I did with her. She was super nice and knew what she was talking about. Really went the extra mile.

Went in yesterday to get a new phone. I was a new Telus customer, my girlfriend an existing. Ken helped us and the service was excellent. He gave us recommendations that were helpful, was knowledgable about the products and ultimately gave us what we wanted for less than we were expecting to pay. We will be return customers.

Telus corporate store. Great service! They will take the time to be sure you are happy. GET the Device Care! (Or Applecare for iPhones) Phones are way too valuable now to risk not having damage insurance! This is not the typical 'Extended Warranty'. It allows them to help you with the unforseen.
