Blossom Shops - Halifax

Very disappointed in the selection available to form a bouquet last week. Then for 4 snap dragons a couple of roses, spider mums and Heather..totaled 70$, went back today as all snap dragons as well as roses were dying or dead. Had nothing but blame on me for picking the flowers .extremely disappointed as I am a big believer and supporter of local businesses. I have even purchased art there.never again

I live a couple provinces over in Ontario and my buddy and his missus had a baby out in Halifax.After checking out several local floral businesses online, the great many positive reviews Blossom Shops" had on Google convinced me to go with them.My buddy's missus absolutely loved the flowers and stuffed animal.An additional perk is that the website is simple to navigate and that the flowers were delivered promptly.I would 100% recommend this businesses to anyone who's looking for flowers.Cheers"

Incredible customer service! Not only were the employees extremely pleasant and helpful, but the flowers were gorgeous. An overall wonderful experience, with flowers for any occasion!

We used Blossom Shops for our wedding flowers and wow! They were beautiful (I think the photos speak for themselves). We would definitely recommend Blossom Shops as they made the whole process very easy! We filled out an online questionnaire and then we met with Penny at the Bedford shop to discuss what we wanted. A few weeks before the wedding we spoke again with Penny to finalize the details (e.g. finalize table numbers, bridal party numbers, drop off location, timings etc). In between we communicated via email and Penny was quick to reponse to any questions we had. A few days before the wedding we viewed an example of our bouquet at the Windsor location to check we were happy with them (we were and made no changes!) On the morning of our wedding, the boys' boutonnières were dropped off at the air bnb they were getting ready in, and the rest of the flowers were dropped off at the venue (where myself and the girls got ready). Drop off and set up was smooth, they were on-time, and Penny, her husband and all the staff we interacted with throughout the process were very friendly and helpful! 5*! We definitely would recommend!

I just wanted to send a note to express how happy we were with the two funeral arrangements we bought from Dean's flowers on the weekend. They were incredible!! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating also. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, my first and only experience with Blossom Shops was a disappointing one. I had originally tried to place an online order for delivery of a Valentines Day bouquet to my wife. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and everything appeared to be working as intended. However, Valentines Day came and went with no flowers finding their way to our home. I never received an update from the company and my correspondence never received a reply. The store may put together a great bouquet (not that I would know), but their customer service and ordering system could use some work.

I had a great experience working with Leah at the downtown location for our wedding last fall. I sent her some photos of what I was looking for and the price range we needed to stay in, and she gave me different options to chose from. I stopped by the day before the wedding and she was more than happy to make a few small changes and make sure everything was perfect. She also gave me a couple flowers for our flower girl to put in her hair, which was greatly appreciated. The bouquets and boutineers were beautiful and exactly what we wanted, and we stayed within our budget. Being able to pick up our flowers the next day from another location that was on our travel route was extremely helpful. We were very happy with the customer service and highly recommend them!

The best arrangements I have ever bought. Always fresh and creative. Excellent, courteous and professional. Reasonable prices. I haven't used their delivery services, but I wouldn't hesitate to, based on my previous experiences with them.
