Awful after sales service. Was promised that my truck would be touched up and it wasn’t. They applied the WRONG colour red on the truck! and then told me they’d mail me the right one to do it myself. Weeks went by, never received the paint. After talking to the sales rep Robert, he stopped answering altogether. Ended up being the paint from my local dealership. Once the sale was done, I guess they just didn’t care.

terrible service, lying salesman, quick to take my money, now they just pretend like i don't exist. 2 1/2 years ago bought a 75000$ diesel truck that was fully loaded every option" i was told (f250 super duty lariat) as i picked up my brand new truck

While the sales experience with the sales person was exceptional and the whole process professionally handled, unfortunately I cannot endorse the handling of the trade evaluation which was made by another person within Ostiguy Ford. I feel that there had been a conscious effort to lowball the value of the trade which I consider to be both unethical and not in accordance with the trust which I formerly placed in Ostiguy Ford. The vehicle offered for trade was valued by not just one, but two automobile dealers at more than 20% higher than offered by Ostiguy Ford, (and it was sold to one of them at that value.) By selling it myself, I of course lost the sales tax savings which I would have had if the vehicle had been used in trade. It is my impression that Ostiguy Ford wanted to take the benefit of the sales tax for themselves and assumed I would not notice the underlying motive. Should you wish to have more information, I would be pleased to provide it.
