Having done a major renovation, I purchased a number of light fixtures from Gerrie Electric. Since this was done during the pandemic, I was only able to buy online. With the last 2 light fixtures, I realized when I removed one from the box, that they were not going to work in my space. One box was never opened, and the other was slightly opened. When I tried to return them I was quoted by Dave an outrageous price (30 % restocking charge plus freight etc of approx. 15%). Beware before you make a purchase!! I will not be shopping from them again. I have purchased lights and fixtures from other retailers (RH) and have not encountered this .

I walked into the store a couple of weeks ago with the intention of buying light fixtures for our entire home and no one attended to me. I looked around for a good 15 minutes and the 2 staff members remained seated behind their work stations and didn’t even bother to acknowledge or greet me. The funny part was that I was the only customer in the store!

Gerrie Lighting really elevates the definition of customer care"! I ordered a chandelier from their web site back in December. The light arrived damaged not to Gerrie's fault. Their customer service Judy immediately processed the return for me and ordered the replacement. Unfortunately this light was caught up in the global supply chain shortage so it was back-ordered for a few months. Gerrie's customer service proactively updated me from time to time
