The team including the manager reserved a vip spot for me over the phone, which I didn't need and got it cancelled. You can tell everyone was overwhelmed and tired because of the storm surge. However, they were still upbeat and supportive. You guys are awesome.

The showers here are disgusting. There is no pressure in the showers. I tried several times. All showers leak water. I tried to talk with the night staff he said I have no idea this was his answer.If the owner reads my comment please look into this to save your customers. You already loose one the petro at exit 48 is way better

Clean, spacious, both a Subway restaurant and a Cinnabon location inside the store along with about any emergency need you would have on the road including showers!

I got held over for a couple days. I swear when I opened the doors it was like angels singing. Staff greets you as soon as you walk in the store and always. They have these cinnamon buns in a cup and they warm it up on the spot amazing. Made with care for-sure cause I don’t eat them like at all but the girl can make them SOLD. They have the cleanest bathrooms and showers in all across Canada and believe me I know. I comments to the staff and they said why thank you I said no thank you. Thank you fly J your staff in this store made me feel as if I was a family member. FROM BIG-RED

We purchased gift certificate from a school fundraising event. When we tried to use them in Tilbury they indicated they did not take them. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Shower. Water pressure is terrible. Have to listen the sound of water pressure, because if someone flash the toilet, the water became extremely hot. Extremely clean store - washrooms - showers, polite staff, very-very good coffee.

While all Flying J staff is usually awesome and cool across the States and Canada a special shout-out goes out to Kerry who this morning saved me money on a shower as I was unaware I already had one to redeem. Saved me money without me asking.Great start to the day and the holidays. Thanks Kerry!

I dont have any complaints about this location, parking pretty much always available for semis. Lot tends to be clean as well as the restrooms and store inside. Coffee always prepared and the subway on-site isn't very busy if you wanna grab a sub. I like this location.
