Women Are Persons!
This is my second favourite monument in Ottawa after the National War Memorial. It is dedicated to the five women who appealed a 1928 decision by the Supreme Court of Canada, which ruled that women could not be Senators because they were not qualified persons. This sculpture pays tribute to the women's famous victory in 1929, when the Privy Council (then the highest court in the British Empire) overruled the SCC decision.

A really wonderful sculpture with historical plaque, and great photo opportunities. Couldn't find any artist information, which was disappointing.
