I can't recommend this shop enough.I've lived and traveled in various U.S. States as well as multiple provinces, and this was my favorite cannabis shop to visit. The local owner/operator is a tremendously helpful, genuine, kind person. He's very informative, happy to help people with questions, and has even ordered or price matched things for me.In an increasingly corporate-owned and monetized world, this shop is a breath of fresh air.I routinely drove half an hour to frequent the shop when I lived nearby, and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Tristan, either the owner or co-owner, was freakin' born for customer service. Knowledgeable actually seems like an understatement. He knew everything about every product he had, his prices (whether chosen by him or not) were very very reasonable, and he seemed genuinely happy about serving us. This is a man of passion for his work. Absolutely wonderful place. Thanks again for everything, keep up the spectacular work!

Every time I walk through the door I know I will be met with good knowledgeable service! They carry a variety of Teas that I have come to absolutely love! Always able to suggest something if I am unsure what I am looking for and always end up happy with the purchase I have made!

We really like to go to North Island Cannabis in Port Hardy. Tristan and his wife are very knowledgeable, they offer a wide range of products and help us to find exactly what we need at every visit. If an other store, closer to our place, opens soon, the owners will have to be very very very very very very good to get us as customers. Trying to destroy other businesses around is not exactly a good start. See you soon Tristan! :)

Popped in with no expectations.. Amazing prices for really good product! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you haven't already!

Super friendly staff with an extra helpful pup behind the counter. Very knowledgeable and fair prices! I also love that they are locally owned and operated which makes shopping here that much more special.

This place is fantastic! The man working there is very knowledgeable, the products are excellent, prices are great, and every time I go in, I'm always greeted with a smile and have a good experience. I highly recommend this place. Hands down, it’s the best in town!

I totally agree with Ashley! That was ridiculous! And to say there competing with other companies? Goes to show you right there that there in it for the $ I only pay $69 a ounce and there sprays are going for $125 I pay $40 for the exact same thing! Ok everyone looks like I’m gonna have to open up a shop in port McNeill that is there to help the people! Not for profit! These people are not for the people! There for the profit! And as far as being knowledgeable? I could have told him3 things he told me wrong! But I bit my tongue! I was annoyed when I left there! And come on people! Of course there nice too you they want your $$$$.. go in there and tell them the truth about things he is telling you and tell them there prices are too high and then let’s see how nice they will be!? I give this shop maybe 1 year.before they go under
