Had 4 doors installed. From start to finish everything was a top notched experience. Jeff greeted us and gave his undivided attention to us, even tho it was close to closing time. From selection, timeliness, install and clean up, they delivered the best experience and product. Showroom had the products options on display; none of this, let's look in the catalog." Whoever gave them 5 stars is either working for them or lying. On top of them saying the job will be easy, they came under prepaired and had to take more time to get it done. Beyond that their pricing was absurd. Don’t use these guys they will rip you off.

I had called in to ask about getting a new install. They were kind at first but apparently it was going to take a while for them to get the job done. I was asking if we could maybe get it done any sooner, and they explained they needed to pick up more supplies for the job. I kindly said I needed it done earlier and that I would find another company as you guys are underprepared. The guy got a bit rude about it so now I am definitely not using you guys anymore.

They did decent work fixing my garage door. It took forever for them to book me though. They were kind of rude and acted like they had better things to do. They also charged me quite a high price for something they deemed an easy" fix."
