Downey's Taekwon-Do
I have been going to this group for over a year and my 2 youngest children have loved it. This is a great group that has been extremely fun for my children and they go out of their way to nake the classes sueful and helpful.

Downey's Taekwon-Do
Was with them for much of my childhood. Solid instructors, Mr and Mrs Downey are both legitimate at what they do, but it wasn't what I wanted out of a martial arts school. Good for young kids who want to learn co-ordination, develop flexibility and stay in good shape and for parents who want their kids to have a base in martial arts, but TKD is not the kind of martial art I'd want to learn in my adult like, not if I really wanted to learn how to fight properly.
