Ali is punctual and goes out of his way to get to you. He fixed a chip in my windshield very professionally and promptly. He accommodated for my timings and was very cooperative. Definitely would recommend if anyone has any auto glass repairs.

Ali provided exceptional service for a small chip in my windshield - drove directly to my location in <30 min with all the tools necessary in his truck. Repair was done in 15 minutes and even provided a lifetime warranty towards a new windshield if the repair failed in the future. Good honest work. Also much cheaper than any other price in Ottawa ($60) and this is a family trade for him - highly suggest giving Ali a call!

Excellent service and best pricing in town! This was my second experience with RoadRunner and after calling around to at least a half dozen places to request pricing for a replacement of the rear window on my Subaru, no one could beat the price I was quoted by RoadRunner. Ali managed to fit me into his busy day to complete the service at my home quickly and professionally, as was the case the first time I used his services.

Ali Ajami provided fantastic service for a chip in my windshield today. He drove directly to my location after replacing my mothers windshield. The repair was done very quickly, probably only 15 minutes. He was very friendly and did a wonderful job, both my mother and I appreciate it. Also very good prices for both my chip and my mothers replacement windshield. Would highly recommend!
