Love these guys so much. Been a loyal customer for ten years now. Comics always come bagged/boarded and protected well. Great customer service and will even go the extra mile from time to time when you may have missed the chance to add a comic you wanted. You can even pick up your comics in person if you plan on being at a convention they are attending, with an extra gift thrown in too! And they accommodate special orders as well.

I have been with All New Comics for over 15 years. I subscribe to over 20 books per month not including special orders. And never ONCE Have ANC missed a book. Folks that is a lot of books.. just ask my wife. One time I got a book that wasn't cut properly at the printers' and it was replaced for free. Peter and the gang also treat their customers like kings with special gifts of expensive hardcovers as a way to say thanks. If you live in a small town like me this service is invaluable and the most consistently service I use.

I've been a customer of All New Comics since 2012, and I have no idea why I'm just now thinking to write a review!I have been to a lot of comic book stores in my life. In fact, I live in very close proximity to two brick-and-mortar stores, one of which I frequented for a little over 20 years. No matter what store I've been to I don't think I have ever had an overwhelmingly positive time - and at my 'regular' store I suffered gaps in my subscriptions ALL THE TIME. I'm *still* filling in missing back issues.All New Comics is absolutely the answer to your comic needs. Since 2012, this crew has not missed a single issue for me. Not one.Yes, it's a ship-to-you service - what about condition?! Your comics are bagged and boarded to start with, then secured from moving around, then surrounded in protective bubble wrap, then surrounded in more packaging and put in one of the more rigid box mailers I've seen in my life. My comics arrive minty fresh every month - and trust me, some months it seems like Canada Post TRIES to wreck my stuff. Never once a problem. They pack to withstand a bomb.The website is clean, efficient, and easy to navigate. If you know anything about comics, you know that comics companies 'solicit' their books months in advance, and then you subscribe to them. Comic books are basically all pre-ordered. To add and remove subscriptions is easy, and there's a very reasonable turnaround time on everything added/removed. You need to subscribe a few weeks in advance so the order can be placed on your behalf, and it also takes a few weeks to 'terminate' a subscription as, again, books are ordered well in advance because that's how it works with comics.Still, the website makes it a cinch to see what's new and upcoming, what you have on your list, etc. There's also a store on the website with recent back issues and trades galore. If you have a regular subscription, you can have what you buy in the store shipped along with it, saving you money!Speaking of trades - I haven't ordered a TPB/HC from Amazon or any other competing bookstores since almost the same time I started here. Because unlike the big companies, these guys ship your trades with the same care they ship your comics - no banged corners, and the prices are comparable if not even a little bit better sometimes.Even more, when there's new comics to be subscribed to, they send out a little newsletter with the new additions, and most if not every month they have either one or a few comics they showcase at a special price to sort of get you started or maybe motivated to try something new.You have various options for shipping frequency, as well. I get mine shipped monthly so I haven't really looked at the other options, but I think you can go weekly/bi-weekly or something like that, as well.Lastly, the customer service is awesome. These guys field special requests and things of that nature - it really feels like they bend over backwards to accommodate. I have ordered comics from all over the world for years. I've never received them as well packaged as from All New Comics. I moved to a small town 3 years ago with no comic book store. So switched my pull list to here and with out fail have gotten my books in perfect condition and on time every month! This is the best place to order comics online in Canada period.
