Not have any empathy for patients. Doctor should take care of their patients. Getting family doctors is difficult at this time in Canada and what is the purpose of Walk in clinic.Very disappointed. They don't check you if you go and sit in walk in clinic.

One of the worst and most disappointing clinics I have been to. I have taken off from work and school several times for appointments to which I have to wait over an hour on most occasions. I gave in forms for the doctor last week to be filled out and she said they would be done by Monday. I then get a call from the receptionist to come around 4 to pick up the forms. I walked to the clinic just to find out my forms haven’t been filled and that I either wait another hour or come back the next day. I would suggest any patients to find a new family doctor because they are unreliable and extremely unprofessional. This does not give a good reputation for the health care community in Toronto

Very non professional. Have no patience with patients with disabilities. Laugh when I mention my brother has a hearing impairment. The medical board needs to look into her practice.

Receptionist is very very rude. She will never let any moments go to pickup a fight with you. She is always very very frustrated. She never pick up phone and then u have to walk there to get an appointment and once u get there for check up at the appointmenttime, u still will have to wait for 30 to 50 min. There is only one doctor and she is always super busy.Receptionist asks personal medical questions and if you are not conformable answering, you won't get any appointment.Many of times Receptionist forgot to send us the prescription then we had to run after her again... sometimes doctor gave two prescriptions and she gave us only one.

Worst doctor is DR Khurram, she is Racist, her receptionist is racist. She was booking me for appointments and suddenly she changed and said no and I asked her when she is last available she said she is busy for full year, she is rude, I am going to complain about her to Doctors place. This is enough she shouldn’t be a doctor, I would not suggest anyone to go here.

Waiting room was close to mosh pit level busy, with maybe 6inches between people. This is not an accessible practice for anyone who is immunocompromised, or who has an immunocompromised family member.

I am Dr Khanum's patient here and I never get hold of anyone to book my appointment or to speak to the doctor. They have poorest service. I left voice mails but nobody contacted me ever. Worst clinic... I will never recommend it to anybody.

Very competent doctor who has been extremely helpful for my family´s needs. Has done everything for us in a timely manner.

She is one of the rudest female doctor I ever seen.she needs to learn how to talk to people.she doesn’t have any manners. I don’t recommend to anyone to this doctor.

Very bad behaviour of dr Mubasshira khanom Bushra. She thinks herself as if she is the only doctor in this whole World. Too much attitude as if we are nothing and she is everything. Was a great mistake that I went in her walk in. I dont know if she is a good doctor or not but she is a very bad working proffesional who doesnot bother her relationship with patient. She is doing good businesses because too many female patients she has who prefer talking in bangla only . And this is the only reason she is getting patients as they are bound to go to her in that area. I WILK NEVER RECOMMEND HER.
