Renter beware. Take pictures of EVERYTHING unless you want to be forced to pay hundreds of extra dollars.That was my mistake, we didn't take pictures of milage before our trip, and now the company and Shell dealer are charging us for 260 plus extra kilometers. You know unless the distance between Norwich and London ontario has increased.Also when we tried to dispute the claim they didn't message us back and instead tried to take the amount they deemed we owned in chunks.Pictures or it didn't happen.
