Went for service at the cadillac department I delt with Robin she went beyond her knowledge to help me , she is soo helpful and easy to talk to with always a smile,Thank you to the sale rep there (I think his name was Travis ) that helped me out too with the seat memory, he spent 15 min to find out my problem . I would recomend Kipp Scott cadillac 100% .THANK YOU ❤️

Service was good but found that the price of your OEM windshield wipers is brutally expensive! I have never spent $60.00 on wipers in my life. Guess I will go somewhere else for services.

My experience was excellent. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The service manager was also very friendly and helpful. Kept me updated as to the time my vehicle would be ready. They fixed my vehicle very well. Treated me very very well. I will definitely be sending more of friends your way. .keep up the great service.
