Mercredi passé je suis allé pour un alignment. On m’a dit que c’était pas possible puisque mes amortisseurs arrières, ball joint avant et un bushing de table arrière était à changer. C’est parce que c’est tous des pièces qui viennent d’être changées et non seulement ça, le « mécanicien » n’a jamais vraiment vérifier ma voiture, il a juste fais le tour du stationnement. Ils m’ont fait un estimé d’environ 1200$ et ils m’ont même chargé 57,34$ pour un « inspection visuelle ». Pas fort!

We purchased 8 tires. When we picked up our motorhome it was missing a hub cap and they did nothing about it. Then less then 3 months later On October 9, 2022 driving down a highway with no shoulder the sidewall on the front right tire had a blow out, luckily we were able to get off the highway before it totally deflated (it could have been a lot worse). I called the branch in Sherbrooke to get a refund for the expense incurred and was told they did not have road hazard protection. On their site they advertise FREE ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION". This is not a good way to do business
