Upscale Detailing Studio

I booked my appointment for May 4th and they did not show up. No call, no nothing. I messaged Jeremy and he said they must have double booked. If it's true, they at least should have informed the customer. He apologized but my time was already wasted. Extremely unprofessional.

Took my 2018 JL Sport for the Super Diamond Package, and I am VERY happy with the results!! I take my wrangler off-roading frequently and it was covered in pinstripes, they did the 1 step correction and the majority are gone!!! I couldn’t believe it. Very happy with the interior as well as the engine bay. Highly recommend, especially for off-roaders.

I had ceramic coating from them & now i had issues with it. I tried contacting them several times but nobody answered my call neither they callback customers. I am completely dissatisfied.

I highly recommend these guys. Jeremy and Tyrell did an amazing job with my truck. They took care of pet hair that I was having a hard time with cleaning the interior. Booking and communication was pretty easy, they booked me in day after my inquiry and Jeremey responds right away.

One word. Breathtaking!! For context I never usually trust other people with my Audi RS7, but I’m glad I took the chance with Upscale. Jeremy was easy to deal with and the communication prior & during my appointment was top notch. My RS7 looks newer than when I got it! The Graphene Coating & Paint Correction was definitely worth it. And the interior smell is incredible! Highly recommend.

Took in my old bmw Z4 in for a detail. These guys took a dirty scuffed up car and made it look like it did the day I brought it home from the dealer.The condition is insane now! They also did my wife’s car and she was thrilled.We're having upscale detailing studio do all our detail and wash work from now on. Just great work, good communication, and super nice guys!

From start to finish the service was great.Tyrell did GREAT job.My Hyundai looks new again.They even brought my car back to me.

Today we had an appointment booked to have our vehicle detailed from 8-1pm and they didn't show up. understand it was predicted to rain and they probably didn't want to do it however I didn't receive a text or phone call to reschedule. I texted their number after 8 to see if they're coming and running late but they did not reply so I assumed they're still coming since this is a business. I waited and waited more and no they never showed up. What’s so upscale about an unprofessional company?Don't book with them. They'll waste your valuabletime.

Took my ‘21 WRX to Upscale for a Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating and I was blown away by how my car looks now! Fantastic work by Jeremy and Tyrell. I had scratches on my car that really bothered me even though you had to really look for it to see it. That’s gone thanks to these guys. My paint shines brighter than before and the ceramic coating makes it easy to clean my car. Booking with them was easy and simple, the location was not hard to find, and their work is top-notch. Jeremy is super easy to communicate with, and his replies are fast. On top of all that, he also takes amazing pictures of your car.
