Express Locksmith Ottawa

I hired a locksmith to do a smart lock installation which required the hole to be enlarged and this was the result, the smart lock was not installed and the locksmith was going to leave without installing anything until I called the manager and complained. They gave me a replacement lock but the damage is done and the paint is now ruined. We've had to contact our builder to find the correct colour of paint and as far as i know exterior paint cannot be done in the winter so this will be the look of our front door until the spring. 1 star for giving us a replacement lock and the locksmith himself seemed like a nice person just in over his head.
