These guys have been very helpful and friendly with me. They have had what I wanted in stock or were able to order it in within a weeks time. Some hard to find items as well.

Grainger branch #AH3 in Victoria, BC have some of the best, if not the best, sales advisors and staff that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were critical in helping my engineering department get tooled up and ready for work after a long time in refit.Within the last 10 months I've placed over 50 large, complicated, multiple-line purchase orders, and they were always delivered error free, regardless of whether it was shipped to my location or picked up at the branch. Their staff were also very accommodating when it came to invoicing, modifications, and cancellations. They also went out of their way in providing me with advice, and helped me source specialized items that are not offered in the Grainger catalogue. Everyone is friendly and professional, and are excellent in communicating and setting expectations, which makes my timeline management much easier.My workplace is very dynamic, where timelines will change very quickly, and where stable lines of communication are disrupted frequently for extended periods. Having a reliable supplier that I can trust to get things right the first time is truly rare, and this Grainger location has gone above and beyond any expectation I have ever had of any supplier I've dealt with past and present.The only negative I have to say about this location is that they've set the bar so high, that my interactions with other suppliers are always sub-par by comparison.

I've visited this store a couple times to get safety gear for my trade program. I've been helped by a few different staff, and they've been consistently knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Their store items are great value too, for example the boots they sold me were $40 off msrp, and the vest was $100 less than what Mark's charges for a similar model. Great selection of products too.

Ordered from the website to the store. Saved a ton in shipping and then just went and picked it up. So easy. So much better than trying to find things online and then paying shipping! Thanks for the easy transaction. It is hard to find genuine makita parts!

Person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. I was trying to inquire about a product from there website, and I was abruptly told that what is on their website and what is in store varies greatly. Followed by that the product i was trying to look for he knows they wouldn't carry. There was no help in trying find if they have something similar or even an offer to order a product in for me. I didn't even have time to finish describing the product I was looking for before i was cut off. Its almost as if they didn't want my business.

I find the website is helpful and key to getting product when I need it. My account manager is quick. Seems the days of branches having tons of stock is long gone but it's everywhere. Must better service than the cheap discount places.
