Just paid $45 and got the worst wash and service. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Worst car cleaning service, paid 37$ for car wash including tip but nothing was clean, when I told the guy that it’s not clean he said I don’t care you put review or whatever outside

Terrible experience. I have been a loyal customer for years. I took my car in for detailing and the seats were wet for a week after and the car smelled damp. We had or keep the windows open for days to dry it out and when it finally dried the seats were water stained. I took it back to see if they would fix the stains. The manager said it was not his fault and there was no way the seats should have been wet after. He refused to refund and was unable to get the stains out. I now have to find another company who can help repair the damageThere was also a mark on the bumper I asked them to clean. When I came back it was still there. They said their professional looked at it and it needed to go to a body shop. I ended up removing it myself by rubbing it at homeTerrible experience. Next time I will try the place the other reviews recommended. Suggest you save yourself the hassle and start there

Asked for an exterior wash and basic interior cleaning. Picked up my car, sat, and felt my pants were wet. Turned around and looked, there’s soap coming out of the perforated leather seat, and the soap is taking out the red color of the leather. I don’t know how much soap they spilled, foam is coming out the leather and tissues are all red and soaked, and i also got red stain on my white pants. What a horrible experience!Also streaks everywhere all over the exterior of the car.I’m really really mad.

Worst car wash ever. Spilled oil in the car, ended up with over 1000$ of repair bills. Avoid this waste of human tissue at all costs.

Extremely disappointed - I do not give out low ratings easily; check my profile to see that I've almost always given out four and five star reviews.I previously went to express hand car wash prior to 2020 and was consistently pleased with the quality of service at that time. I returned this week with my father's vehicle, which was already quite clean as it gets very little use, and was disappointed after paying for the $43 service to find that the trunk still had visible flecks of leaves and other debris, and the mats had been shaken out and possibly poorly vacuumed - but were far from clean. The exterior wash was thorough, so two stars for that.Based on the reviews left here and my experience, I will not be back. There is plenty of competition in the city, and better service for lower prices. Of note, I have yet to see this business offer any of the numerous disappointed customers the opportunity to come back to 'make things right', which speaks volumes about their interest in quality or customer service.

Yikes. I guess this might be good for outside wash only. The in and out service was terrible. Though I liked that they clearly wash their rags and are not reusing dirty rags on your car, the overall quality is terrible. The trunk vacuum was not done properly there was still dirt there. The interiors we’re not wiped properly had streaks and a liquid spill which I was hoping they could wipe down wasn’t even wiped down properly I had to redo it myself. I should have listened to the reviews.

why google does not let me post for zero star? i spend $50 ( i tipped 15% too, it was paid before they 've done this job) for a car wash and received very bad service( interior vacuuming and exterior wash) i wanted to support local business and i have never spend so much money on car washing, i usually go the brand name for $15 and if you are not happy you can wash again within two days service.The owner of the place is very very shady and rude. Do not approaching him.The picture posted is after the second time wash.Also a picture of the owner not wearing face mask in my car (during lock down )with customer sits next to it.

kind personnel, affordable price, rapid service, no wasted time, Highly recommended!I went there right after I did a turbo-wash in a petro canada carwash in Lawrence W and Calford rd. In that petrocanada they pour something oily on the car that made all exterior oily. I couldn't clean oil from the windshield and windows. So, I came here and three personnel all together worked on the car and washed by hand, cleaned and at the end dried by hand again to make sure oil is gone. I appreciate their hard work. I've really tried with this business. I've used 4 times over the last 3 years. Every time I'm left truly disappointed. I usually wait 6 months before i return as I forget how poor it was but this will be my last time.Photos are from today's $50 wash" that took them less than 10 mins."
