Bought 10 drinks total, the girl restocking gave good suggestions for me to try, however, the boy that was at the till brought out the 6 drinks from the back, put them in a paper bag, noticed there was a hole at the bottom corner of the bag and proceeded to say oh be careful there's a hole in the bag." He didn't take the time to just grab a new bag. The bag completely ripped when I got to my car.How hard is it to take an extra 30 seconds to rebag the items when you KNOW there is a hole? Genuinely not going back to this location."

The staff at both Chatham outlets are very good. It's high time a new building or two went up. Replace the Richmond St outlet especially.

I don't drink but I help my dad once a week bring in his empties it's empty's friendly staff very helpful

Definitely the best beer store in South Western Ontario! The staff are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Always have an awesome experience whenever I go shopping there. Very clean and inviting with lots of options to choose from. The management is great and have a good team on hand. Nothing but good people and good beer!
