Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

The time we went in to inquire for contacts for my daughter we were told we needed to come back when the optician/Dr is in so we can get a better service and proper fitting. So we were scheduled to come back yesterday. When we got there we were then told that they don't do it for youth like my daughter who is 14yrs old. Treated my wife like she is irresponsible parent for letting our kid wear contacts. My daughter has been wearing contacts for the last 2 years now occasionally. And help her do lots of activities she had difficulties with when wearing her glasses. If you do your research you'll know it is very safe for kids as long as they are properly trained and taught on how to use them. I supposed the Dr./optician here needs to update her training.

Very surprised at the extreme lack of customer service I received today.I understand I came about not long before closing, but it won't take more than 15 minutes to measure pupil distance and order some glasses for my daughter who already has her prescription ready.Many people work until 5 or 6 and will have no choice but to show up toward the end of your staff's work day but that's no excuse to brush us off and say we should leave because the staff are simply done wanting to work for the day.

I honestly love Theresa. She is one of the main optometrists working here. She does her job so well and really does care about her patients!Thank you for all your hard work Theresa.

Dr. Au was a delight to deal with and explained any and all issues with eyesight clearly. Highly recommended for her eye exams.

Meh, was ok when I was looking .... then once I was already a sale and an inexpensive one, not so important of a customer then and customer service was noticeably lacking by most workers. However it is just a place for glasses so...

I had the best optical experience at Theodore and Pringle at their Milton location.Teresa was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Her customer service was absolutely amazing!Their selection of eyewear is terrific.I highly recommend anyone seeking new glasses or contacts to check out this location.

At the Milton location for one hour. Not once any acknowledgement that I was even here, very poor customer service.
