the place is very dirty, the floor is all black and it also doesn’t smell good in the room, the workers don’t know the PHP rules, all the workers work without gloves, I was at 19:40 today, I bought two burgers and french fries, the worst thing is that they give me one of the burgers didn't put two cutlets, it's too much potatoes not tasty stink of bitter butter. I do not recommend to anyone especially children. I have never been so deceived anywhere, and I also want to add that the service is very slow, when I was waiting for an order, I saw a girl who was without gloves and touched my potatoes with her hands, My move is for you to find yourself a good manager, a good manager is success and your cases are a complete failure I will be glad if I get a refund for a Big mac burger and fries honestly I just want a refund for spoiled food, I will not eat at your place again how to change the manager and service standards and when your employees will know PHP rules then let me know by e-mail then maybe I will come with the children again.

I asked for tomatoes on my sandwich, paid for it but didn't get it. I also asked for extra cream, didn't get that either. And a not even close to full cup...

The food and the service were awful. The food was cold even though we ate in, my boyfriend also ordered a new smoothie to try it out but didn't like the taste, so he asked if he could just have a flavor that he knew he liked (the smoothie was 90% full still) and they told him no, even though he was well within his right to return the product he wasn't satisfied with. As someone who has worked in food and hospitality I know whats reasonable and whats not. This was a ridiculous performance all around.

Wish there's an option for 0 star.WORST MCDONALD IN THE ENTIRE WORLDI have never seen anyone in the food and service industry to be so rude! For her own mistakes!!!If you ever have another option, do yourself a favor, never step into this location EVER. Only if you enjoy listening to the manager use her own language B*tching about you with the volume that every single person in the restaurant can hear. Good job!

Good food but very slow. We were one of 4 cars pulled ahead. my friend ordered a chicken burger with tomato and they gave her a hard time about adding it. she ordered a poutine but got fries and no ketchup or napkins in the bag. oh and no receipt to see if she accidentally ordered the wrong thing.

Worst McDonald’s in Canada. Will not give even one star if we can. When we want to change the to less ice but been told order has been approved. And less on everything but expensive than all others.We eat McDonald’s almost everyday. This is the terrible one.And the nuggets is over cooked. Tasty like stone.

One of the worst managed and dirtiest McDonald's in town. A couple of people are polite but they are younger. DO NOT GO HERE. The one at Grant park mall is much better

It happened at 1am，December 27, 2022. The guests who came later than me got their meals, but I waited outside the store for half an hour. Call to ask if dinner is ready and get hung up. Go into the store and ask about the status of the order, the staff are only talking to their friends and refuse to talk to you. So rude!The stuff name are Herqiu and Sinburin(don’t know exactly spelling).Finally, they forget my drink.

The manager refused to correct my order that I placed through the drive thru. I saw more of her backside than anything. The other employees stood by and did not offer any help as well. This location is horrible as the food I ordered was for my children and elderly mother. If you want fresh food and good customer service then you need to avoid his location. Most of the reviews showcase that.
