In one word - amazing! One of our good friends who had a major language issue, was being bullied around by his money-grabbing, unscrupulous landlady who was determined to throw him and his possessions out on the street, as she had just sold the property but conveniently failed to disclose the fact that it still had tenants. It should be noted that he only speaks Russian, and is thoroughly unfamiliar with the landlord tenant laws in Canada. We had directed him to the South Etobicoke Legal Services and were provided with a top notch attorney who specializes in precisely these types of issues. Furthermore, we had the benefit of a Russian interpreter who was present at each hearing, along with the attorney. The end result was that our friend managed to keep his home for an extra five months, and even secure compensation from the landlady to help him pay moving costs. Again, I strongly recommend it to anyone who has similar issues. A+++

Terrible service rude manager, who is degrading and ignorant, I used them twice before and once was successful thanks to Rishma.....well never use them again

Amazing service. Helpful , friendly they help me not kick out by Lanlord who threaten me throw my stuffs out in the winter time because of I’m Asian and they racist me even I always pay the rent in time and before one week of the due day .Ms. Epi Leibovitch she tried too much to help me stop his inappropriate action , even my English is not very good and is thoroughly unfamiliar with the landlord tenant laws in Canada. they are so friendly and I got safe that day . Thank you very much for help . I appreciate this service.Before that day I called to harassment and discrimination of Vietnamese service ask for help but they do nothing without told me move out as soon as possible and they said that it’s not dangerous situation ( they mean I haven’t die yet) so they said nothing to do with this situations and hang off the phone . But Chinese service better than Vietnamese they listened me and gave me some advices but I’m not Chinese for understand them at all so they transfer to Vietnamese but Vietnamese service is useless.
