Professional, courteous technician who answered questions, and happily worked with me to get my Greener Homes inspections completed.Company was much more responsive and less expensive than other options, despite being incredibly busy.Recommended to anyone requiring a Federal grant inspection service.

I had applied for greener home grant program and I was trying to find somebody local to do the inspections for that and I came to knew about energy worx. I have to say these guys are very professional, know what they are doing, make you understand the wholeProcess and help with all the question you have. If you are applying for the grant and need inspection done call these guys, the best in town and best part is that they are local and we always try and support local businesses. We needed to get our Greener Homes" evaluation done in a timely manner

My partner and I signed up for the Greener Homes initiative and picked, more or less at random, Energy Werx to do our pre and post work home energy evaluation and couldn't be happier with our choice. The person who visited our home and conducted the test was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. They answered our questions clearly and with a obvious understanding of the Greener Homes initiative and more general home energy efficiency issues. If all of Energy Werx home energy efficiency auditors are as competent as the person we dealt with obviously is, we unreservedly recommend dealing with them.

I would rate them less if it were possible as dealing with Sheri has been less than ideal.After weeks if not months of back and forth emails and phone calls, I had scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment came and after waiting for nearly 2 hours I called to see why he had not yet shown up... 45 minutes after leaving a message I got a call back informing me he was sick and wouldn't be coming - Okay fine people get sick it happens but maybe let us know so I could have done something else with my day instead of sitting around waiting for nearly 3 hours. She scheduled us for the following week, only an hour prior to that appointment got a call letting me know he wasn't coming AGAIN. At least they let us know this time and my entire day wasn't wasted yet again. I informed Sheri I was not at home and asked if it was possible for her to email me a new date that would work and was given that Saturday at 8 am - I let her know that wouldn't work as we had plans I was not going to cancel to have them not show yet again and was ignored for 7 weeks. The only reason I got an email after those 7 weeks of ignored emails and phone messages is due to my window company calling the owner and asking to have someone reach out with a new appointment - but again was given a Saturday Morning A MONTH away.I had the company changed that day and was set up with the new company for the following week (and they actually showed up).

Hard to reach out if you have any doubt. I was told at a time during the home evaluation that if you have any concern you can reach out but now after trying some many time contacting the technician name Colin through phone call, texted twice and email no response.

I enjoyed doing business with Energy Werx MB. Right from the first call with Starla which was not only enjoyable but very informative regarding the Greener Homes initiative. Always received a timely response to any questions I may have had! Kevin who did the initial testing was great, very personal and professional and left me with some suggestions to make my home more efficient. Gil, who did the post testing was also very friendly and professional and also left me with information on the Greener Homes rebate. I appreciate all of you. Thank you.

Energy Werk, specifically the worker Kevin T. was punctual, professional, and very friendly.He provided me an evaluation of my home's energy performance for the Greener Homes Grant. On top of this Kevin provided me steps I could take to even further improve my home's performance that I did not get from anyone else.Information was provided about cause and effect of insulation, humidity, appliances to resolve current home concerns, and natural gas CO2 poisoning prevention.Bonus points to Kevin for wearing a mask upon request without any push back. Other companies I have dealt with typically refuse or question the legitimacy of wearing a mask during multiple on-going global pandemics.I would recommend Energy Werk to any friends and family looking for detailed and professional home performance support.
