A nice surprise it doesn’t look very appealing from the outside but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. WiFi is good, shower strong and staff friendly. Breakfast still comes in a bag, not sure why.

Most smelly place we have ever been. We can’t stand even keep the window open. They provided another room but had the same issue. We didn’t stay even without any refund.

My wife and I always stay here when we are in North Van. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

On a very busy roadSmelt like underlying pea smell went there has husband needed surgery when booking said it may be 3 nights but paid for 2 gave back keys and said we were leaving @3am the morning of the 3rd day as my husband just wanted to go home.They phoned him at 10 at night and proceeded to scream at him he needed to go into the office and pay for his 3rd night when we were already home.They kept putting different people.on the call a nd it was very confusing as they woke him up and he was in massive pain from the surgery. Would never stay there again and would NOT recommend

My fiancée and I visited Vancouver last month and stayed at this hotel for 5 days - firstly we paid the early check in price and during check out - our flight being at 5pm - we requested if we can stay just an hour extra but manager threatened us and said if you dont leave rn we are calling cops on you- that was so rude and uncool - as guests i feel there’s a professional way of handling the situation rather than giving such end statements. Not recommended from my side.

I spent 5 nights staying here at the end of my holiday in Canada and it was the perfect place to finish. Close to public transport. Great breakfasts delivered to my room each morning were a nice touch and Denny’s is within easy walking distance for other meals. Comfortable room with everything I needed, I’ll be back.

Basic hotel. The rooms were nice, but nothing special. Outlet locations were not easily accessible. We stayed four days, and never got the right amount of towels. One day, they also left the wet towels on the floor, did not replace the toilet tissue, or the toiletries.Breakfast area was a nice size and in an outdoor area, which was a nice way to start each day. The food choices were all fresh.

For the price the hotel is what you'd expect. The rooms were clean but very dated. The beds were average on comfort level. Temperature controls work and room was nice and warm.Breakfast was pretty decent. Warm pancakes and a toaster over to make ham and cheese melts, some small pastires, cereal and fresh fruit.Keep in mind there is no longer a pool.Location is fairly good. A couple minute walk to the North Vancouver rapid transit, and a few minutes to the Grouse Mountain transit.I would recommend this hotel if you're on a budget or only using it to sleep at the end of the day.

I spent three nights at this hotel and enjoyed my stay very much. The room was spacious and very clean. The prices were fantastic than other hotels. And they provide breakfast and take them to your room each morning. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
