Earlier tonight I was just stuck in the drive-through in Wasaga Beach after they told me they were closed and would not serve me. It was 7:55ish when I was told this at the speaker. After he gave the person in front of me their food, he told me again they are closed once I got to the window. Photo attached of him serving the person ahead of me. He (Sunny) said that they close at 8, so he would not take my order. What the heck kind of business is this? If this is how lazy they are, then I can't imagine how many shortcuts they must make inside with cleanliness, etc.

I have tried to give this place a fair chance so many times. Im done. You dont get what you order. It looks like they throw the food together. You wait for over 20 min just for stale food. Taco bell is taco bell. But this is absolutely unacceptable

I’ve lived in this town for 30 years, and I thought the last owner was bad. This is simply an unacceptable restaurant. Look at the other reviews. We all know Taco Bell is poison, but to pay and get half of what you pay for every time…I have not once received all of what I ordered. Done coming here. Can we agree as a town to let them bleed until they are gone like the last owner. Beyond bad. Garbage.

Portions were super small, and the dining room was a big mess. Employees were talking loudly with one another to the point that it was hard to hear my wife from across the table.

Had trouble when ordering at the drive through, got the wrong order, but they made it right. The food was good once everything was corrected. Classic taco bell.

I went inside and placed my order. Waited patiently until a guy who came in 15 minutes after me got served first (15 minutes after he got there) before I spoke up. Standing in front of the register for 30 minutes and never followed up on - turns out they gave my order to the drive-thru, had to wait another 15 minutes after that. Decided to try again months later - no customers in the restaurant, no cars in the parking lot, no one in the drive-thru so I figure I'll use the drive-thru this time. My order was all of 1 crunchwrap supreme and I sat at the window for almost 20 minutes before receiving it. I don't even understand how it can be possible to have this bad of a service.

So this weekend I decided to stop for a quick bite with the family at Taco Bell in Wasaga Beach as my kids love Taco Bell. One of my favorite items is the nachos supreme. Of course i ended up paying extra for my nachos supreme as usual but prices have definitely gone up. Below is a picture of what i paid extra for. I could not believe my eyes when i opened the box. Spoke with the manager and said I think you guys forgot to put a little more toppings on this and she indicated that this is how we serve it in Wasaga Beach" !!!! People around me started to complain on my behalf and a gentleman that was ordering even said that if that is what my fries supreme are going to look like than cancel my order. Taco Bell Canada HQ you folks really need to have a conversation with your franchise owners as they are getting very very stingy with customers. If you want to continue to have our business i highly recommend you start taking proper action. None of the food served at this place even remotely looked like the pictures on the wall. This location is so stingy that it is an embarrassment to your brand."

The food here is consistently terrible, as is the service. And the best part is, they frequently close early so don't expect to get there last minute and be served, they will already be counting the till. Advice? Avoid.
