When I overheard someone mention that this clinic got bad reviews on google I was shocked. I have been coming here for years and I have always been made to feel very comfortable and in good hands. I went for a physical today, march 2023, and my doctor (Dr. Bimesl) was very informative and kind as usual. This is a GREAT clinic and Dr. Bimesl is an excellent doctor :)

If I could give them a negative star I would! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected more than when I visited here. As I walked by the walk in clinic to see how long the line is I went to the convenient store next-door to get a drink while I wait but as I was going to the convenience store I noticed a lady come out of the walk-in clinic and began to stare at me and follow me. No I didn’t make much of it then I proceeded to get my drink at the store and go back to the walk-in clinic. However as I try to open the door I seen a different lady close the door and hold her hand there as if she was preventing me to enter. Me standing there confused wondering what’s going on she then walks away to go get the other lady that was staring at me outside. The lady begins to ask me if I’m looking for someone I tell her no I wanna come inside to see a doctor she asked if I had an appointment I told her no and keep in mind that all of this conversation is happening through a shut door while other patients are inside staring at me and hearing our whole conversation. She then began to ask for my ID I showed her my ID but when I asked her what this was about she began to say she does this with every client. But right before I attempted to walk in I’ve seen an older white male enter with no trouble and I was right behind him but I got greeted with a door slammed in my face. Safe to say that i felt targeted because of my skin colour. Nonetheless the Service here is extremely poor and I advise nobody to go there especially anybody from a different race.

As someone who works in the medical industry myself, I would STRONGLY advise you avoid this clinic. Please take this review seriously, I would rate it a 0 if I could.I ignored all the awful reviews for this place & it’s my biggest regret.First things first, I came in for a little skin infection on my toe that only required a prescription of topical cream. The doctor (Dr.Bimesl) saw me for 2 seconds, prescribed me a cream I said I was already using & wasn’t working for me, which doesn’t make sense. He said if it doesn’t work come back for surgical intervention. Big red flag, so I decided to go to the hospital for a second opinion, where I was then told surgical intervention would be a huge mistake & that the doctor there misdiagnosed me. If I had listened to the doctor at this walk in clinic, I would’ve ended up w more medical problems than I came in w/.Upon my visit, the clerk was in an awful mood, extremely off putting in a space where people are already anxious. Most importantly, the pharmacy attached was probably the most upsetting of all, the biggest red flag I’ve ever seen in my entire life! I’ve been going to shoppers drugmart (most trustworthy) for 20 yrs to p/u all my prescriptions, but the lady working behind the counter there was extremely rude when I told her they would not be getting my business & that I’d go elsewhere, basically holding my prescription hostage while interrogating me.She tried to force me to give my insurance info which I didn’t have on me, & I told her I certainly wasn’t going to pay cash for a cream I normally get for free, nor was I going to sit there for 2 hours trying to find the info. She even told me to call my mom at work to find it (I’m an adult!) when I already declined giving my business, which she had no right to even say in the first place. I stated all I wanted was my written prescription the doctor wrote FOR ME IN MY NAME, & that I would go to shoppers since they have all my info already. The lady refused to give it to me, claiming out loud “this is not just candy honey, these are drugs”. Unfortunately for her, I work in the medical field, immediately noticing she is extremely uneducated & that her behaviour was completely INAPPROPRIATE.The only way she gave me my prescription is when I educated her myself AS THE PATIENT.I had to educate her on basic facts that are common sense:#1 it’s a topical cream for my toe, it’s not a bottle of Percocets! Even if it was, you have no right to say that AT ALL.#2 It is absolutely NO ONE’S business where a patient goes to fill their prescription! If the doctor wrote this prescription for me, no one has the right to force me to fill it up there, ask anymore questions, nor REFUSE to give the written prescription that is rightfully the patient’s.#3 No one is entitled to giving you their business if they have clearly said NO. If someone is not comfortable w/ giving their business to you & clearly says NO, you cannot hold their prescription hostage.I have never in my life seen anyone hold a prescription hostage b/c they wouldn’t be able to make a quick buck off a patient.I will never be going to that place again! The unprofessionalism is truly mind boggling ! If any of these people worked in a hospital (where there are actual standards, accountability, & management) & behaved like that, they would have been unquestionably & indisputably fired on the spot.

So grateful for this amazing walk-in clinic in Vaughan. I've been a patient of a Dr Bimsel’s clinic for 3 years. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr Bimsel and the rest of his staff. Dr B takes the time to really understand any issues I have had and has always been super helpful. The receptionists are also super friendly and work efficiently to manage the the long wait times. Although at times the wait has been long, it is worth it as the Dr really takes the time to determine the root of my concerns.

Usually I don't post much reviews but it is really necessary to call out racist people, who consider themselves as superior and treat you like garbage. Please avoid this clinic if you can, because they will not only delay your treatment, and when you call them out they will shoe their true racist color. Avoid them if you can.

Horrible experience. The secretary is very rude and hostile. I should have read the other reviews because I agree she is incompetent in her job and this clinic should be avoided.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I had a fine experience with Dr Gupta earlier this year, and inquired this week about whether or not she was accepting patients. I received conflicting information from two different people over the phone about whether Dr Gupta is accepting patients or not. The second person was rude and extremely unhelpful. I was planning to visit this clinic on my day off this Friday, but I will not be wasting my time and I advise you don't either.

If I could rate zero I would.I recently had an extremely negative experience here due to the abhorrent behavior of one of their doctors. The doctor in question demonstrated blatant racism towards other patients of color. Not only did they dismiss their symptoms, but they also made insensitive and offensive comments about their race. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare provider would display such unacceptable behavior, and I strongly urge the hospital to take action to address this issue and ensure that all patients are treated with respect and dignity. I would not recommend the centre to anyone who values inclusivity and diversity.

I am not sure what happened to this clinic??? Before covid this clinic was a god sent. Professional, organized and courteous. Appointments were booked and you were seen with 15mins. Now everyone seems to have the same time slot for appointment and you are left waiting for over 2 hours. I had an appointment with a certain doctor and was left waiting like I mentioned for over 2 hours. Finally called and left even waiting longer in a room. Doctor finally shows up - walks in, singing a tune, no apologies and has the back to me the whole time while inputting things into the computer that had nothing to do with me. Asks me to repeat myself, I repeat the whole conversation and writes me a prescription and off I go. I say have a good day and this doctor says ya

I had an excellent, above average, comprehensive and friendly experience coming into the clinic. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I did not wait long. Dr. Gupta is the epitome of a great doctor. I’m so thankful to find this place. The pharmacy attached handled my needs quickly and with care. Highly recommend this place
