I found Texture Craft through word of mouth and they did not disappoint me. I had exterior work done on my house and garage a couple years ago. Texture Craft was a pleasure to work with as I never had to request anything twice. There was always a line communication as I would know when the guys will be in next. They always show up when promised and even on Saturdays. The owner (Steve?) made a surprise visit one morning and chatted with me, asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I happily replied with a big yes and found out afterwards he is the owner. What a pleasant surprise! I would recommend and use Texture Craft's service any day.

This is a review for the sister company Texture Craft Projects Corp, which does not seem to have a presence on Google Reviews. The company is owned and operated by the same person.Our basement experienced some sewage backup during the June floods of 2013. Insurance covered the damage. As they were overwhelmed by claims, they'd engaged a third-party adjuster who sent Texture Craft our way - our insurance had never dealt with them before.We elected to extend the repairs to a complete basement remodeling. This was a nightmare. Texture Craft's project management was non-existent. I had to call the project manager for status updates in order to get something happening, and most of the time this took the form of a guy coming over with a few 2x4s to do a small amount of framing, whereupon he'd then leave, and we wouldn't see anything more for a week or so until I contacted them again.There were delays upon delays - there was only a small amount of framing to do, and 8 months in the framing was done"

I had water damage in my basement ceiling and called two companies I found on the internet, both very nice people but poor with follow-through. I found Texture Craft by accident and what a wonderful experience. They arrived when they said they would,did everything they promised and went above and beyond to make this a painless experience. If you need ceiling or drywall repairs, these guys are the best!
