Friendly staff. I rented a rototiller and it was well maintained, ran well and did exactly what I needed it to do. 10/10 would rent from these guys again and I feel way better about it compared to renting from the big box stores

Very friendly staff and good equipment. They have things that are hard to find. For example a hand (foot) sod cutter. My space was small and I didn't need the big machine. I'll come here for all my rental needs.

Great service! Rented a pressure washer after the big box place had none that worked. The human at the front was super helpful and helped me determine exactly what I needed. I was in and out in just a few minutes and got the job done without issue. They also had a tonne of tools and accessories in stock which gave me ideas for my next project. No more big box for me. Next time I'm going straight to AA!!

Great equipment, very clean and functional so you don't lose any time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff treats you with respect. I highly recommend this company for all your tool and equipment rental needs.

Forget the big box store rental departments and just head here already! No line ups, lots of products, not likely that you need to reserve and wait 3 days and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its where the contractors go, so you're getting amazing value and great service.Plus, they have way more products and fantastic rates. They know their stuff, not some part time retail associate stamping your credit card and looking at you like you're an alien if you have a question about a tool or project Highly recommend!

First time using them and was overcharged. I had to clean my sod cutter and get it back after 2.5 hrs. They still charged me for 4 hours. Wouldn't just charge me for 3 hours.. I will not be a repeate customer and I will tell everyone about it. Too bad.

I initially contacted AA over the phone and the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon arrival I was brought into the back, shown the tool I was renting, explained how it works, and confirmed it was correct. I signed the paperwork and loaded it up. I drove all the way home before realizing that the grinding bit for the grinder had been left off so I had to turn around and drive all the way back. The staff seemed genuinely apologetic about the mistake but it did put a slightly bad taste in my mouth. Overall a very positive experience and I will certainly come back for my future rentals, I will just be sure to double check my tools before I drive off next time. f

Jim was very easy to talk to and he had the tool I've been trying to hunt down. You get the reliability of a small business here. It's extremely difficult to get through to the rental departments at the bigger stores.. one quick call done deal. Thanks Jim!
