Very Bad unprofessional service, send me home security surveillance equipments without my consent. I have explain to this person that I already have home security and surveillance systems installed and monitored from the central, Still end up sending me the equipment just to make his sale and to get commission, after reaching out to the company he told it was a misunderstanding someone from the company with reach out to me to fix the problem it’s been 3 weeks no one has corrected the problem. I am filling a fraudulent case against this company, and Do not recommend anyone to use their service.

I really appreciate CB Telecom excellent services, I used them to set up my Security System. I dealt with Yannik Lacroix , He was more than awesome, fast, professional and detail oriented. he explains clearly and professional all the simplest to hardest features. I appreciate how professional he handled it. Also he is very organized, answered all my questions, all my needs was met, he saved me a fortune at the initiation of the project, also provided great credit. the way he offered the qoute. if i can give more than 5 stars i would do it.
