2 years ago, I had the best customer experience and price for my wedding flowers. I referred a friend for hers and it was not at all the same experience.I asked what happened to the gentleman that gave me an amazing price and great service, they FIRED him for giving out good prices.They obviously care more about the money then making customers happy. Never referring or going back again

Nice place and very helpful but many plants and veggies can be expensive

(I changed my overall review because they were very polite and professional on trying to make things right about my last costumer service experience. I appreciate this alot).I called in yesterday to ask about bonsai trees. I have already had one and know how to care for it. I wanted to start a new one. The lady that answered my questions was most UNHELPFUL. She told me I would have to go on YouTube and watch videos on how to do it properly and then kept telling me how difficult it is to do. Not once gave me tips on how to care for them or anything. Then she told me to go walk in the forest to find baby trees. So instead of going to this place, I went to another pepiniere, at the other place I went to, they were amazing and they had answers to my questions. I then spent all the money I wanted to spend that day, at serre Lavoie. Instead of you guys. I very much disliked your service and disliked being told basically that I can't do it.

We are from out of town, and had to organize a funeral. This location was our first visit, and we were very happy with the prices, the service and the quality. We shared pictures of what we wanted, as well as the price range, and they accomodated them all. They were able to create the vision we wanted, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. I would recommend this location to family and friends.
