We have had the pleasure of having Lu Williams as our service advisor for the past number of years. He is a wealth of knowledge, low pressure, and an overall nice guy. He makes us feel like VIPs. Today he went out of his way to help our family and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service and support!

Just made an appointment with them having an wiring issue with my car a/c and on call they said we gonna charge 109$ for diagnostic to track the exact issue. After spending 1 hour they said so we checked a/c is all good only the iasue is with wiring which i already know ans then they asked now we need 2 more hours to look on it and we gonna charge around 170$ per hour.Then i just took my car and get it done from somewhere else.Will recommend to go to local repair shops rather than going here.Worst service experience ever.

It's interesting to see that good reviews come from customers who have not had any issues with their service work. The true value of a business is determined on how they treat a customer when things go wrong. I had an issue with overheating on my truck that I told them I thought was a head gasket. They diagnosed and responded that the truck just needed a coolant flush. After doing this work and having to tow the truck back after a road test , they called and said it was a head gasket. Work was scheduled and due to be completed in 3 days . They later called and said it would be 4 days . Because of a long weekend ,I did not get it back for 7 days. One hour after picking it up, they called and asked me to check front wheel lug nuts . Sure enough , only 4 of 8 lug nuts were put on front wheel. No apology, just 'there you go' after putting them on . 20 miles out of town, 'Low Engine Coolant' light comes on . Back to the shop where they add coolant because they never bled out an air lock. 300 miles out of town, engine overheats and I find an an improperly tightened heater hose had come off , expelling most of the coolant. Only after several calls and letters did they even consider offering any compensation for the mis-diagnosis (that cost $1200 for parts and labour) or any other compensation for their shoddy workmanship and disrespect. Almost embarrassed to even give them 1 star , but can't post the review unless I do. They were ONLY interested in trying to make me go away and not trying to build any kind of relationship that would encourage me to give them another try.

Just a little note to wipe the finger prints off the driver door next time . Great service and great team . Very professional .

The staff at Northstar GM were very accommodating for a time sensitive problem I had with my truck. They completed the required work in a timely fashion and in a professional manner. Their repair facility was very clean and the staff were great.

I took both my mine and my wife’s trucks in to have tires changed over. I took mine in around 8 and it was done around 11. I then took my wife’s truck in and it was done in about 3 hours as wellPricing was very fair and the service I received from Sheena was excellent. She called when she said she would and offered me a ride if I needed one. But I did not.The person that did the change over also inspected a few other things and provided me quotes to have repairs made. I appreciate thatGreat service team!!Thank youPaul Wortley.

Lou, what an absolute gem this guy is. My husband and I where traveling from Ontario across Canada and popped into the service desk to get an oil change. He squeezed us in, and upon changing the oil found a rad leak. He managed to get the part for us asap, and got our truck on the lift the very next morning. Within 24 hours he had us back on the road. We appreciate you Lou. Amazing customer service!
