Our family has used Tronovus for all our plumbing needs since moving to the Valley. They have always been accommodating with what we need and did get us out of a few jackpots. Their service and craftsmanship have been stealer. The only negative about them is the customer service and ability to speak to someone on the phone. Once you do, the experience is 100% professional.

Jordan came to our home to do maintenance/cleaning on our furnace and gas fireplace. We had been having issues with the fireplace and he got it working in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and he went above and beyond by helping us install a new wifi thermostat! Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Tronovus!

After coming in to service our furnace the technician recommended some additional work which I agreed to. When I received the invoice for the additional work however I just about choked. It was three times what the original service price was (roughly $1,000 for both) and the technician was only at my house for 30 min. I paid the invoice same day (in hindsight - a mistake) and asked for a more detailed invoice to see what was charged for labour and parts. That was seven weeks ago and I haven't had ONE response from the company even after several reminders. I also asked for an a/c and heat pump quote and only got an a/c quote with no explanation. So, service is terrible and I feel like I got soaked for the additional work" as there was no transparency from the company on how much everything would cost. The only reason why I gave two stars is for the technicians who were great.I’m a real customer. My invoice # is 51943735. Not sure why my name was listed as Travis Scott."

We messaged for a quote and they got in touch with us right away. Adrian was here the next day to look at what we wanted done. He answered all our questions and gave us advise on what would be best for our home. They were here within a week to do the install of the hot water tank, furnace and AC unit. They left our home clean and tidy when they were done. We called back to have our gas fireplace serviced and they came a day earlier than we had agreed to which was great service. We will definately call them again any time we require their services. Thank you all for the quick and professional service. Job well done

The team at Tronovus was absolutely fantastic to work with! They were super professional, friendly and efficient. Our installation was completed on time and exactly as quoted. Cheryl from their office was very responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend their services.

We used Happy Hive Tronovus extensively over the last two weeks to diagnose and repair a furnace issue in our home. In the course of doing the initial repair they also found additional problems with gas lines and ductwork. They advised us what additional work needed to be done, but then decided that the job was too unique' for them to complete

Jordan and Chelsea were awesome in our recent furnace replacement project. They took great care in having a light footprint in the house and their attention to detail and workmanship was more than evident in the end product. Couldn't be happier with the service that the entire Tronovus team provided from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend Tronovus to anyone. What an awesome job they did putting in a new furnace for me in 2 days and this was over the Thanksgiving weekend. Adrian came out and he was so informative, friendly and he went out of his way to explain everything in detail. I decided on getting a new furnace which was installed by Josh and Jordan. These two fellows knew their job, they were so diligent, organized, friendly and tidy. I cannot say enough good things about them. Also I cannot forget about the secretaries who were so helpful through all of this. Thank you all for the prompt and excellent service. You will definitely be getting my business in the future!!

Services such a large area!Came and serviced our boiler out in South Country. Very professional, made recommendations on issues that should’ve been addressed on install by other big Fernie company & other mess ups and how to rectify. Did minor fix on air circ system as well. Not pushy, no sales tactics, just facts & recommendations. Would use again. Thx
