Unfortunately the cheese making facilities are not open to the public right now but can taste and purchase the cheeses across the street in the shop. Super tasty!

If you're in the region and could only visit one fromagerie, then THIS would be the place you must visit. While a customer was being helped, we read their menu describing their seven cheeses: primarily pasteurized cow milk cheeses, from soft to firm, with washed rind or bloomy rind, including their heavenly Brie Paysan, and their triple creme Laliberte, which is even richer. We were offered samples and we bought everything we tasted at very reasonable prices.

This cheese village is very beautiful and peaceful. I didn’t plan this in my trip but we felt lucky we stopped by here. They have cheese showroom and cheese storage places for visitors. You can try lots of different cheese types in the showroom and buy cheese here. Cheese is freshly cut when order. Also, they have beautiful patio area outside. A lot of people doing biking in the beautiful I went. So peaceful.

Came here with friends from trois riviere today with a baguette from the local store and a cheese plate assortment had a delicious lunch on one of the picnic tables. Only negative was the flies and bees who wanted lunch too. Bring along one of those little covers you can buy at the dollar store. Cheese is excellent!

We had a wonderful morning visiting the cheesemaking facility with the owner. He is a colorful character, very interesting guy with an interesting family history. Cheeses are amongst the best Quebec has to offer and the area is beautiful.

Cheaper to buy your cheese there rather than at the grocery store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus it's a beautiful spot. Oh, did I talk about the cheese? It's incredible.
