Looked at a property he was listing. Inflated price like his ego.Told him what we were willing to offer and the arrogance came through. He wasn't going to waste his time writing up a offer he felt was way too low and when we were serious about buying at the prices for his premium properties to call him then and ended the call.Talked-to a few other realtors and they just stated he was difficult at the best of times.Would NOT recommend him at all.
