Great place. Knowledgeable budtender who was friendly, got me what I needed and recommended some new products to trial. One Plant doesn’t disappoint!

Great experience! Mike went out of his way to make sure we made the right purchase. He brought us 15 different options and walked us through each of them (7 of which we bought). He knows his stuff! He also has an awesome personality, we laughed a lot. All in all, great experience, HIGHly recommend and will be back for more!

i had a horrible experience here last week. the most disappointing customer service i’ve seen. handed me a glass bottle without asking if i wanted a bag and the bottle fell out of my hand in the store right after i bought it, shattering glass and pills all over their floor. they made me wait 10 minutes before they decided to approach me, giving me, a young girl attitude and no sympathy. i asked if i could get a new bottle and denied me, only offering me a 10% discount on it after i already purchased one. they watched as my father cleaned up the glass with THEIR broom and watched us pick through the glass and allowed us to unsafely take the glass covered pills. i wrote a ticket on their website and never heard back. will never shop here again. thanks for caring about your customers ! :)

Staff are amazing and very helpful! They hold amazing events and giveaways; they're very personable and it's a different experience from the other stores. It seems like maybe an intimidating place because of the qaulity and how respectful everyone is, but it's very laid back and very nice and knowledge staff help answer questions

I am new to this and felt like I was asking ridiculous questions..Mike was so friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer my questions and provided me with several options!Customer service is on point!I will recommend him specifically to everyone I know!

Robert is awesome, he is the only budtender who will tell you whether or not he has honestly tried a strain and he will encourage you to get the best of the best. I could not see myself coming back if individuals such as himself did not work there! He is awesome!
