Amazing cut of Ribeye. Thanks Paul. Inch and a half done in the cast iron skillet! Unbelievable result by searing on the stove first then in the oven. Delicious.

Always used to use Ted Farrons but since they closed down I have been making the trip across the city to come here they are an absolutely awesome butcher shop and if you're looking for some real extra lean ground beef and get the stewing beef ground twice and you won't even have to drain the meat and their white selection of a multitude of other items is awesome

Not only the BEST in fresh meats, but the KINDEST staff ever. Paul, Bean, Jenn and EVERYONE there are simply the best. Try their smokies, their delicious kabobs, value-priced lunch meats or the stuffed mushrooms!

This place is The Best!! Courteous staff and excellent prices. They always have deals and specials going on. They usually have charcoal too. Although this visit they were out. I'm sure due to the high number of family outings. Along with the great staff and Beautiful meat....they are a pleasure to shop with. We highly recommend Schwab's for a visit!

If a brisket is 4.99/lb and there is one on display, don't ask for anything but the full display portion. After trimming, the owner decided that the price was double. When we refused to pay the increased rate, he threw a tantrum and threw the blood from the trimmings at our vehicle
