Be careful, not safe.I got antibiotics for my 6 month old, it was for 10 days. The pharmacist gave me a bottle and asked me to discard the rest at the end of 10 days when the bottle clearly said use within 7 days. Also we asked about saline drops to use for the baby and got one that said 2 years and up, was told it is safe to use. Well only when I was at shoppers drug mart, I knew there was one made for the babies which doesn’t have to be sprayed.

Highly Recommend this Pharmacy. Excellent Service levels that go way beyond! They take the time to explain medications in detail and they have even delivered an important prescription to us! They care!

The 5 stars for this local pharmacy are directly atributable to the staff including the owner who will go out of her way to help you even if it's the first time you walk in the door. Simply put, they care about you as a person, not simply a customer.

So amazing this pharmacy! I have been coming for a better part of my life and they are so fast, efficient, best customer service and explain medications very well. Also don’t charge you an arm and leg like most pharmacies. Very impressed will be coming back everytime I need too!

It is an honor to evaluate NorthPark Pharmacy. Vivian and her staff are “the best”! They are professional…..willing to answer any questions you may have on your medications, they are always friendly greeting you by name you as soon as you walk into the pharmacy. They are a big part of our neighborhood family.

I just want to say how thankful I am for Vivian and the rest of the staff. They have fostered an environment that is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Vivian and staff will go the extra mile to provide support or help with any inquiries. My family and I have been seeing them for many years and are incredibly thankful they are in our community. RE: Disappointing Experience with Inconsistent Service and Medication QualityI recently had a rather disappointing experience with this pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, I encountered a mix-up with the delivery location, despite having explicitly requested a different address. This miscommunication between the driver and the pharmacy resulted in a delay and inconvenience.Moreover, I received a prescription without the necessary inclusion of an ice pack. Given the medication's requirement for refrigeration, this oversight raises doubts about the integrity of the product. Additionally, upon inspecting the Rx, I noticed cloudiness in its contents, indicating a potential problem. Despite providing evidence, I was not offered an explanation, an apology, or any empathy. The lack of accountability was disheartening.Furthermore, my disappointment extended to the inconsistent pricing I discovered when reviewing all of my receipts. The varying costs for the same medication, with the latest purchase being significantly more expensive, left me puzzled and dissatisfied.To add to my frustration, when I addressed these concerns with the manager, Vivan, she displayed a lack of helpfulness and professionalism. Instead of acknowledging the issues and working towards a resolution, she responded with a dismissive remark, implying that I should take my business elsewhere. This response was both rude and unprofessional, and it further tarnished my perception of the pharmacy.While I appreciate the competence of the pharmacists, the overall experience was marred by poor customer service, medication quality concerns, and pricing inconsistencies. I cannot recommend this pharmacy based on my recent experience. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and consider taking their business elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of meeting Vivian who owns/runs this place through an appointment I made for my booster shot. I was very happy with the level of professionalism and care that I was provided. Vivian and her collegue (I forget her name pardon me) are both very helpful and friendly and create a comfortable atmosphere for their customers. I am surely moving from my previous pharmacy to this one for I love the customer service here.Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have some good offers on vitamins and painkillers too.Would highly recommend you check this place out.

I switched pharmacies to NorthPark and have been thrilled with the care I get here. The human touch and attention to detail make you feel more like family than just another customer number. I wish I had switched sooner!

It's wonderful to deal with a small business in the community, rather than a pharmacy that's part of a large chain. Vivian and her team are amazing in terms of friendliness, professionalism and knowledge-base. Everyone goes that extra mile to offer advice regarding your specific condition. The pharmacy itself is clean and well laid out, has plenty of parking, and is relatively close to Conestoga Mall. So happy to have discovered NorthPark Pharmacy!
