Dr. Aman Dhaliwal and Associates

We've been seeing Dr. Dhaliwal as a family for many years. He is always great and very detailed in his examination which is wonderful.My reason for the 4/5* is his staff.Voicemail is always full, not surprised as it rang several times while I waiting to be seen 45 minutes past my appt time and it didn't get answered once or the voicemail checked.He currently has 2 receptionists, an older woman and a younger one. Older woman super nice, overall friendly and attentive, the younger one had me practicing extreme restraint to not let her know what I thought of her bedside manner.She is short, rude and comes across as a very pretentious know it all and better then you type person. She is most definitely making me want to look elsewhere for another Dr, she left a really sour taste

I was seen by someone other than Dr. Dhaliwal, he did not introduce himself or explain what he was doing. He put eye drops in which burned and told me to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes, during which time my near vision became completely blurry, could not read anything on my phone. When he called me back in I asked him if the eye drops are supposed to burn and make your vision blurry, he replied yes your near vision. I asked him how long until my vision returned and he said 3 HOURS! In addition to basic communication norms like introducing yourself and explaining what you’re doing he definitely should’ve told me my vision was going to be blurry for 3 hours. Luckily my wife came with me otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to drive home. What if I had to write an exam after the appointment or attend a wedding, really anything, should have been informed of what to expect before putting the drops in.

I went for an eye exam today and was very impressed with the service, the equipments and by Dr. Dhaliwal’s knowledge and compassion. This was my first time but I see myself being a long term patient of Dr. Dhaliwal’s. They use the latest technology to test the eyes and do a very thorough job. I highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal.

Dr. Dhaliwal has been my optometrist for several years and I’ve always had a good experience at his practise. He’s warm and professional and immediately set me at ease. I’ve recommended him to several friends and family.

Staff and Dr. Dhaliwal were great. First time there and they were thorough and friendly.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Dhaliwal and it was a very pleasant experience! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant! The receptionist was also very friendly so I will definitely come back here for my next eye check up !

As always, an outstanding experience, this time with my 2 boys. Kris welcomed us right in, we were immediately checked in and then the pre eye exam was a cinch. Dr. Dhaliwal is outstanding with his service, efficiency and technical knowledge. He answers all your questions, gives great anecdotal insight and ensures your comfortable with everything. Dr. Dhaliwal is wonderful with the kids, and never rushes - he genuinely cares about long term care of your eye earth.

This was the first time I met Dr. Dhaliwal. He is very friendly and has a pleasant demeanor. Very good experience, he is very knowledgeable and professional & his office staff are polite and attentive! Would highly recommend !
