I'm writing this to warn others to be aware when receiving service. Keep a log of messages for reference or proof if need be. March 16th I found an ad on marketplace for air duct cleaning (this was the company). We have been doing a lot of renovations and are getting everything serviced such as furnace cleaned, gutters cleaned, exterior windows cleaned ect. So I inquired about what the cost was for the air duct cleaning and what was included in that price. What was explained sounded good for the price, so I booked for April 9th. Now my husband and I were not here for the service but my sister was. My sister had the message of what service was to be done. My sister called me saying the guy needed to cut a hole in one of the ducts for better access apparently. My husband was not happy about this but the guy assured us that it would be fixed properly. The guy asked to speak with me and proceeded to say that my ducts were very bad and in his opinion needed a more through clean, which obviously would be more money. My husband had a bad feeling and said to only proceed with the original service we booked. Once the service was done my sister asked to see the before and after pictures. The guy told my sister he forgot to take the pictures and that he was very, very sorry. We were obviously frustrated, however I told my sister to pay him and he left. Now from my understanding these pictures are important because thats how they gage how bad your ducts are, the service needed and for the customer to view how well their services were. Later that night (Saturday)the original man I booked with ( he wasn't the one who showed up for the service) messaged me asking if I received the service. I responded saying yes and expressed that we weren't to impressed and how the guy didn't take before and after pictures but what's done is done basically. This man didn't respond until Monday night. He responds saying he sent me the pictures... lol.... (he did not). Then sends me a before and after photo. I had a bad feeling about this picture. So I went to Google, and I found the EXACT picture he sent me on Google!!!! This man tried sending me a fraudulent picture. I obviously sent him the picture and called him out. This man proceeded to call me on messenger a few times, now worried that I've caught him in a lie. How many people has he done this too?! I'm not one to complain but this was absolutely ridiculous and I could of done what was done with my home vacuum and saved my money!!!! Friends be mindful of who you hire for services, ask questions keep records and if it doesn't feel right go with your gut!!!!

We had a great experience with Paragon Air Duct Cleaning Services. This was the second time we had used this service. The first time was when we originally moved into our house and this most recent time was after we had extensive renovations done on our main floor. The technician that came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had during the process. Would highly recommend.

I have only positive things to say about my experience with this business. Mani arrived within the given time window, and he was very friendly while he was here. I'll definitely go back to this business once I need cleaning again. Thanks again for the great service!

The technician Mani who arrived was very polite, very professional and on time. Any questions were answered and provided suggestions for upkeep at the end. Very much worth the good price for maintaining your home. Highly recommend Mani and his Team.
