Our unit was broken down on site,had to be removed asap. Merit was able to remove it and brought their yard. Next day was delivered to our yard in Calgary. Exceptionnal service will use them again!!!

Merit provided me excellent and affordable service. Action towing Lloydminster tried to charge me $700 dollars just to show up and pull me 5 feet out of some ice ruts, the other ones wouldn’t come to work because it was Saturday night, no one would help me. Merit picked up the phone right away and arrived within 30 minutes to come and pull me out, and he only charged me 1 hour which was a very reasonable rate. More than half the cost cheaper compared to his competition. I appreciate his efficient and thorough service and would recommend him to anyone that needs a heavy tow.

Merit was super fast to respond even in middle of night. The driver found where I was located real quick. I had ran over a deer that ripped off the main air supply line. The guy was prepared even at that hour and able to isolate my tank to get truck up on flat bed.From when I called to when I was unloaded at my shop was barely faster than had a buddy come out with a air hose. Great service! My go to guys any day/night!!

Incredible customer service, with exceptional road side assistance. I was stuck in the mud and needed an asap transport tow. I called the office and within minutes Merrit Towing was able to create a plan to get me on my way. They are definitly a company for anyone in the Lloydminster and surrounding area to add in their contacts. 10/10
