Cathy gives the BEST and 'deepest' massages I've ever had. She is a wealth of knowledge about anatomy and always seeks the root of the issue. Not to mention, she's super friendly, personable and all around awesome. HIGHLY recommend!

Cathy at lift is truly amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at massage, and has been an incredibly important part of my healing journey as I learn to manage a number of sport related injuries. With her background she is not only able to help relax muscles but can also tell if your body is overcompensating and if you need to also incorporate either strengthening or stretching in order to heal an injury. I cannot say enough good things about treatments with her.
