If have a option i will give them 0 star . Always long line ups . The customer service is not good at all. The guy standing at the door on the closing time was very rude. They always closed the door 10-15 minutes early at the closing time. Not a right location to shop i would suggest another locations of freshco are far better than this.

So me and my wife come here quite often for groceries. We are always greeted by great staff with smiles. The store is always so organized and clean. Shelves are always stocked and never emty which is pleasant versus the competition in the area I won't mention names. The nicest thing that happened in the store was we once asked a staff member for some help and later realized on a picture that it was the store operator Jason and that shows class that he did not ask anyone else to help us and walked us down a aisle to the exact item we needed and he did that leaving what he was doing. Highly recommend going to this location for great service and good pricing. Thanks guys !

I switched to FreshCo from NoFrills a year or so ago and I prefer shopping here much more. The staff here are friendly and the flyer specials are almost always in stock. I especially like dealing with the cashiers here, they're all super helpful. I don't have much of an issue price matching, so that saves me time going to the other stores.

This is probably the worst location in GTA. The employees treat all customers like shoplifters. I returned an item, which was within the exchange policy period. The cashier was interrogating me as to why I came to return the item, as if I didn’t abide the exchange policy. Not all of their cashiers do returns, and I was redirected to another cashier. And the manager asked me why I was walking around the store. Again he was speculating me for shoplifting. And I told him the last cashier was not able to do refunds so she told me to come here. All in all both the manager, male - wearing a back t-shirt and the cashier, female - with a boy hair cut, were finding excuses so I don’t get my refund.It’s extremely disappointing to be treated like this, and I am a regular customer, because this location is nearest to me.

We been coming here since 2019.I have never seen like this before all empty. But from last month any weekend or weekdays you walk in and all you will find empty slots or Rotten stuff. And if you approach a staff and ask them , they are like we don’t work in that area Woww, or our staff have less people .This should definitely be seen by Fresh co management.This not good . Customers take out to get their daily needs requirements from fresh co and you enter and see anything all empty . The management really need to look into this .I know my review will go in trash . If it’s not sorted out you guys will start loosing customers. Because we will prefer an alternative to it .No hard feelings. Thank you

Freshco is one of my favourite my grocery stores. All kind of grocery items are available there. European, Pakistani, and Indian food articles are sold there.

Great bunch of people here. I'm always there early in the morning. Great service great products. Thank you Diane for the awesome service Thursday morning

Store has too much stuff on the isles to walk. Always have a long line up. Only 2 cashiers at 6pm when people shopping after work.

Usual local store nothing specific about the store. Ample parking space and just next to Tim Horton.

Worst freshco I’ve ever visited. Nothing stocked. Most of the shelves were empty. It was before noon. Not even in the evening. Inspite of it being extremely busy, Only 1 lane was open. Carts were left outside in Snow. Won’t recommend this store at all
