Rachel-Ann did awesome work on my Dog..I was super impressed..My dog has some anxiety issues that I was worried about but she was totally relaxed when I picked her..My feeling is that Rachel was gentle and caring while giving her spa. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend !!

Talented groomer, but with poor interpersonal skills. Issues are not dealt with clearly, kindly and early, but accumulate over time and culminate in aggressive, threatening confrontation.
