The place really deserves all the stars. Starting from the hosts, very pleasant. The waiter, David, was superb. Very friendly and providing great suggestions. The food? Oh yeah! 10 stars. Keep it up!

One of a kind restaurant, was amazed by how well the interiors are put together and it all looks so good! The food is A+ and the portions are fulfilling as well! We tried a Tuscan lasagna and mushroom Alfredo risotto and both were to die for!

Lovely location with great food. Prices are okay, it tastes amazing though. We had really top notch service with Mark who made it so pleasant. Had a pesto with minestrone soup, coffee and vanilla ice cream. Also tried the beyond meat meatballs and the lasagna, all very delicious.

The lasagne was hot, saucy and cheesy - just how it's supposed to be. The steak, however, was a let down. The meat's texture felt like those beyond meat kind of things - tough, dry and crumbling. I guess it's true when they say that you get what you pay for. The bread and butter were delicious. And the ice cream was pretty good also.All in all, a decent experience and I'd probably visit again.

I went to this place last week with friends. Tried their Ravioli pasta and soup and a glass of Beer. Service was great along with lip smacking food. I will be visiting soon to explore more food. Thanks

Aesthetically pleasing place! Love the antique vibe and the servers I got the two times I went here were great! The food was decent but it wasn’t 5 star, as some of the pastas were just a tad bit dry for me. Loved the unlimited bread and the garlic butter though!What I love is that your main dish comes with a starter, ice cream and a tea at the end!! All for the cost of the dish you ordered. Friendly staff and the wait time was not long at all. When I went with my friend without a reservation, we only waited about 5 minutes. Would recommend going here!

The decor and atmosphere of this place is amazing. It has a very whimsical feel. The service was good. It gets busy so I would recommend going a bit early. The food was ok. The mains were nothing too special but it’s a decent size portion and it’s filling. The bread and salads were good. I would return.

Great experience. Our first time. Service was impeccable. Harry our waiter was simply great, very friendly and helpful. Great location and the venue design is incredible. Very family friendly restaurant. My friend ordered lasagna and I ordered spaghetti and vegan meatballs which was just delicious. 100% recommendable!

This was my first time at the Old Spaghetti Factory and it was quite an experience. Their decor is old school carnaval which was nice. This restaurant is definitely geared towards families so expect a lot of kids and babies. The food was decent, some menu items online are not available in store due to supply issues. Our servers seemed inexperienced but very nice. Overall, it was a decent meal, all entrees come with ice cream and tea/coffee.

This location is much better looking than the one in Banff. The decor is really great. The place was packed but they are efficient. They really know how to run a restaurant. Juliette our server was amazing. Kudos to them to have a magician on staff on Saturdays makes the whole family happy.
