We came on a Monday night and the restaurant was quiet. The food quality was surprisingly better than other hot pot restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the lamb. The soup base was rich and they refilled the broth with chicken soup. Servers were nice and easy going, although I was hoping that they can all speak English. We tried to make a reservation but the female worker said she did not understand English. It always amaze me that there are servers who can't communicate in English in Canada, are they trying to make their business exclusive to a certain ethnicities? Anyway, just a thought. I will come back next time.

Quite a lot of variety of items available to customers. And the food were pretty fresh. The soup base were fine for us, but will need to refill water to the soup at least once otherwise the soup will become too salty. Too bad they don't have dessert there. The dining are was clean. A fun experience for family.

Great skewer hotpot restaurant on the upper level of the Langham plaza (entrance facing outside)$32/ person + $13 and up soup basesNon LLBO (但係你不妨可以問一問).Amazing interior design throughout.Even the water jug is super cute.Use a cute basket (with wax paper) to pick up your skewers, veggies and other items.Limited selection on dipping sauces compared to their competitors.Private rooms available.Cash discount available.Great service, would definitely recommend.

Such a great establishment and refreshing pace for hot pot eating time. I really enjoy the idea of all you can eat on a conveyor belt. It eliminates the need for you to continuously call your server. Also guarantees than you get the amount you want and no orders are missed. The broths offered are amazing. Specifically the mushroom/chicken and the tomato broth. Also the pork broth was very tasty. Yes, the broths do cost extra on top of the AYCE fee, but that's the world we live in now. The meat was of great quality. The veggies were fresh. Only downside, I didn’t know some items that were on the belt, but it was fun to try new things. There's definitely +25 items so don't rush to eat everything right away! The restaurant itself is clean with a nice modern decor and great ambiance/atmosphere. It puts you in a trance watching the conveyor belt go around and around. Came here at 5pm on a Wednesday, however the place filled up fast so I advise you to make reservations.

Service was prompt and friendly. The selection of food is great and you can always ask for particular items if it is not on the conveyor belt. The soup broth was delicious!

Came here cus of the conveyor belt and it was tons of fun eating here. I like that it’s portioned smaller which makes you eat more and the service was great.

Interesting experience with conveyor belt hotpot. Good selection of veggies, and for meats they can bring you full plates instead of having to wait for small portions to come through the belt. Food seems fresh and clean. Desserts not available. Reasonable price. Only takes cash or debit - credit cards not accepted.

Lower end type hot pot meal, price is very reasonable. While they don't have wagyu beef or other fancy cuts of meat, they have most items we look for in hot pot. The conveyor belt plate is fun and they reload things really fast. They are also very quick at picking up empty dishes and bowls.If you want a cheaper ayce hot pot than say Liuyishou, this place will hit the spot.
