I only use this travel agency for more than 10 years. Very friendly and always give us the lowest priced tickets.

I have been their customer since when? Even I don't remember. But they wouldn't remember me either because I don't travel a lot or visit my country often. However, this place where I contacted to get my flight ticket whenever I need. For this year, I specailly had to communicate with them several times because of my dad's flight ticket, mine and my family's future travel plan next year. Amazing staff and services. I kinda of feeling that I bothered with too many questions and emails. But they never showed that they got annoyed.Every staff who answered my calls, thank you for your kind help. And specailly Ellie and Yu Jin Lee(if the spell is right), they were the best. Thank you for such a detailed information and detailed help. I appreciate for your time and help to deal with my case. I definitely recommand this place if you want to plan your next travel to abroad.

It's my first flight with a baby, so I'm a little nervous. When I asked many things, the Bluebird travel agency helped me a lot. They kindly explained things that other travel agencies didn't mention, so I was able to purchase flight tickets at a lower price with better conditions. Thank you:)
